SECURE NETWORKS retains all intellectual property rights in any invention or composition made in the course of performing this Agreement. In the event of the Client's breach of any of its obligations under this Agreement or in the event of an uncured breach then the parties will renegotiate their service terms.
Unless otherwise negotiated in writing, SECURE NETWORKS will provide the Services during its regular business hours at SECURE NETWORKS current rates. When an amendment is posted to these Policies, each Customer will be deemed to accept and accept the amended Policy.
